James Boesiger, PA-C

Pain Management

James A. Boesiger, PA-C, MSS, CPE is a Physician Assistant graduate of Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio, with a bachelor’s in physician assistant studies and also completed a Master of Sports Sciences from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama.

Boesiger is one of Nevada’s first Certified Pain Educators with the American Society of Pain Educators and a Credentialed Pain Practitioner by the American Academy of Pain Management. He is a member of the National Headache Foundation and Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants. He was twice voted “Teacher of the Year” at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He also taught at Barry University in Miami, Florida, and served as a guest lecturer at Touro University in Las Vegas.

Boesiger moved to the Las Vegas area in 2006 and has devoted all of his energies to the practice of pain management. He is well-versed in both general pain management and natural medicine. He endeavors to treat the whole person — physically, mentally and spiritually — in order to obtain true wellness. His primary focus of care at Monos Health is in myofascial pain, back and neck pain, chronic migraine, neuropathic pain syndromes, facial pain, and fibromyalgia. He is heavily involved as a certified pain educator in the education of staff and practitioners in the “art” of pain medicine.
