Jeremy Lipshutz, M.D., MHS

Dr. Jeremy Lipshutz is board-certified in anesthesiology, pain medicine, and addiction medicine. Originally from Boston, Dr. Lipshutz left the Northeast to pursue undergraduate studies in biology at Grinnell College in Iowa. He went on to receive a master’s degree in Epidemiology of Infectious Diseases from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. After that, Dr. Lipshutz pursued his medical degree at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He spent his residency in anesthesiology at the Detroit Medical Center and finished a fellowship focusing on pain medicine at the University of Michigan. Dr. Lipshutz has been a leader in the field for more than seven years. It was his specialty training in pain medicine that sparked a deep interest in treating addiction.
