Warren Seeds, M.D.

Board-Certified Addiction Medicine Specialist

Dr. Warren Seeds is a board-certified anesthesiologist and addiction specialist.  He was born and raised in Oregon. After high school, he traveled to Germany, where he lived and worked for three years before returning to the U.S. to attend the University of Oregon. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biology, while doing research at the prestigious Institute of Molecular Biology. He attended the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine before moving to Southern California to complete his post-graduate training in anesthesiology at USC Medical Center.

After residency, Dr. Seeds stayed in Southern California and practiced anesthesiology at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center for 12 years before taking an opportunity to practice obstetric anesthesiology in Las Vegas.

After a neurological deficit left him with the inability to continue practicing anesthesiology, Dr. Seeds actively searched for a way to fulfill his desire to help people. The emergence of addiction medicine as a discipline provided an avenue to do exactly that.

In his free time, Dr. Seeds loves to travel and has been to every continent but Australia and Antarctica. He has gone trekking in the golden triangle in Thailand and Laos and ran with the bulls in Pamplona. He has a black belt in Kenpo and is working toward a black belt in Taekwondo. He loves to go skiing with his two children and play with his golden retriever.

Dr. Seeds also spent ten years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
