James Boesiger, PA-C, MSS, CPE

Pain Management

James A. Boesiger, PA-C, MSS, CPE is a Physician Assistant graduate of Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio, with a BA in Physician Assistant Studies and also completed a Master of Sports Sciences from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama.

Mr. Boesiger is one of Nevada’s first Certified Pain Educators with the American Society of Pain Educators and a Credentialed Pain Practitioner by the American Academy of Pain Management. He is a member of the National Headache Foundation and Nevada Academy of Physician Assistants. He was previously “Teacher of the Year,” twice, at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He was adjunct at Barry University  and guest lecturer at Touro University in Las Vegas.

Mr. Boesiger moved to the Las Vegas area in 2006 and has devoted all of his energies to the practice of pain management. Not only is he well-versed in general pain management nut also in natural or “Integrative” medicine. He endeavors to treat the whole person — physically, mentally and spiritually — in order to obtain not only relief from pain and suffering, but to achieve true wellness.

Mr. Boesiger joined Monos Health in April 2015.  Hs primary focus of care includes a wide range of chronic pain conditions, including myofascial pain, back, and neck pain, as well as chronic migraine, neuropathic pain syndromes, facial pain and fibromyalgia. He is significantly involved as a Certified Pain Educator in the way of educating staff and practitioners in the “art” of pain medicine.
